The regularity feature tree decomposition for the clevis22 is shown below. On the first decomposition level 16 edge-connected solids are produced, one of which is shown in (a). The simple edge-connected solids which where not further decomposed are shown in (h). Sub-part (a) leads to two positive and two negative regularity features at the next level in the tree as shown in (b) and one regularity feature (as updated model) as shown in (c). The two positive regularity features of sub-parts in (b) lead to two positive regularity features, and two positive and two negative regularity features respectively at the next level in the tree as shown in (d). The resulting two updated models as shown in (e). Sub-part (c) leads to two positive regularity features at the next level in the tree as shown in (f) and (g). Sub-part (g) is further decomposed into two blocks, which are not shown here.
